In this apartment, the protagonists are the details, as they have been fully thought out and designed to make your stay very stylish.
The day area consists of a modern and bright living room with integrated kitchen. This space has access to a cozy terrace that you can take advantage of, especially in these sunny summer days. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with all the utensils and appliances you will need to cook from your arrival.
The sleeping area consists of 2 beautiful and spacious double bedrooms, each one is tastefully decorated. The master bedroom is exterior and has a desk that is perfect for studying or working, and a closet where you can store everything you need. The second bedroom has a small sitting area, closet and a dressing table. Both bedrooms share 1 full bathroom with shower and a toilet.
The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating, plus wifi.

Located in the very quiet university area, in the surroundings you will find all kinds of services and stores such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets. The shopping center L'illa Diagonal is located 9 minutes away by bus.
It is located meters away from the faculties of 2 of the most important universities in the city: the University of Barcelona and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. The area is surrounded by green areas such as Pedralbes Palace Gardens and Cervantes Park. The iconic sports center of Barcelona, Camp Nou, is 15 minutes away.
The nearest station is a 5 minute walk away, "Zona universitaria" (L3/L9s) and 8 minutes away "Palau Reial" (L3) which also has streetcar stops.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
