The day area consists of a spacious and well decorated living room. The brightness of the space is due to the large windows that are presented elongating the perspective and breaking with the corner, thus managing to bathe the entire area of light. The kitchen is visually integrated to the dining room, however a partition divides it in order to isolate odors and have more privacy. The kitchen has everything you need, from high-end appliances such as oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher, all kinds of kitchen utensils and cabinets for storage.
The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms, one of them en suite. All rooms have fitted closets and windows that allow natural light and ventilation. The apartment has a total of 2 bathrooms, both are complete, with shower and double sinks.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. It also has the option of renting 2 parking spaces, the price of each is 80 euros per month.

The nearest station is "Reina Elisenda" (L12) at 10 minutes walking distance; the station "Maria Cristina" (L3) is 15 minutes away; and at the same distance is located Diagonal Avenue where you will find the Tram stops.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
