This apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi, in Barcelona, and offers a combination of comfort, functionality and good natural light.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
