The living room and kitchen are perfectly integrated in a light-filled environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook from the day of arrival.
In addition, a study area will be perfect for doing academic or work tasks from home.
The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious closet. The bathroom is also spacious, with shower and bathtub.

In the surroundings you will find a number of routes for hiking and admiring the beautiful city of Barcelona from the heights. The magical Tibidabo is a 20-minute walk away.
The Vallvidriera Superior funicular station is located 1 minute walk from the apartment, which will be the connection to the train station "Peu del Funicular" (S1/S2) to access the center and the rest of the city.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
