This beautiful 70m2 flat located in one of the most exclusive areas of Barcelona, has all the necessary equipment to arrive and live.
In its day area there is a living-dining room with a large sofa and television. The integrated kitchen has all the appliances and utensils for day-to-day living.
In the night area there are two double bedrooms, one of them with an exterior balcony. Both have a desk, wardrobe and bed linen. They share a full bathroom with shower.
The flat has internet included and washing machine.
Just 5 minutes walk from Sarrià metro and train station and 7 minutes from Reina Elisenda station. Connecting you quickly to the city's nerve centre in Plaza Cataluña.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
