The sleeping area has 3 spacious double bedrooms, each with closet. One of the bedrooms is a suite, with a practical desk and access to the terrace; the other 2 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms: one complete, with shower; and a toilet.
Finally, a fourth room has been equipped as a comfortable office, where you can study or work quietly at home. From here there is access to another more private terrace.
The apartment has laundry area, air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.
The area offers everything you could wish for, you will find supermarkets, bars, shopping centers, cinemas, green areas and all kinds of commerce. It is ideal for people looking to live in a quiet and residential area, perfectly communicated with the center and other areas of Barcelona.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
