This is a comfortable, fully equipped and furnished studio apartment, ready to move into.
The kitchen has all the utensils, dishes and appliances you need for cooking, from a ceramic hob, a refrigerator with a small freezer, a microwave and a washing machine.
The bed is double and there is a wardrobe located in the entrance. The bathroom is complete with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The apartment is located on Berlin Street, in a very quiet area. Sants station (L3/L5), the city's main train station, is a 6-minute walk away, offering connections to national and international destinations. The L'illa Diagonal shopping center, with its wide variety of shops and restaurants, is a 9-minute walk away.
The Parque de la España Industrial is a 10-minute walk away. This is a very quiet area, perfect for walks, sports, and outdoor activities. It's also well-served by all kinds of shops, including bars, restaurants, and supermarkets.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
