This space opens onto a welcoming balcony overlooking Carrer Vallhonrat, where you can soak up the sun while enjoying breakfast or a drink in the afternoon. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you can start cooking from the day you arrive. Also on this level, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower.
The sleeping area is located on the second floor and features two comfortable bedrooms. Each has a double bed with a storage chest and a spacious wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower on this level.
In addition, the apartment includes a spectacular private terrace with direct elevator access. This terrace features a pergola with reed screens to provide shade over a table and four chairs, next to a sunbathing area furnished with four lounge chairs.
