This modern 46m2 apartment is fully ready for your temporary stay in the city. The apartment has been tastefully decorated to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The day area has a bright living room with integrated kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed where you can enjoy your favorite series or movies thanks to the modern TV with wired internet.
This space has access to the cozy balcony overlooking Carrer de Vallhonrat where you can enjoy the sun while having breakfast or a drink in the afternoon. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival.
The sleeping area has 1 comfortable bedroom with a double bed with a chest to store everything you need and a spacious closet. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.

Located at the foot of the mountain, it is perfect for outdoor activities, hiking and sports. The apartment is surrounded by all kinds of commerce, including bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
The nearest station "Poble Sec" (L3) is a 3-minute walk away; 11 minutes away is Plaza España, one of the main landmarks of the city where you will find the Arenas Shopping Center; also the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and the Museum of Archeology of Catalonia, are an 8-minute walk away.
It is also close to the famous Sant Antoni Market and Av Paralelo, one of the main arteries of Barcelona.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
