This modern 80m2 apartment is fully prepared for your temporary stay in the city. The apartment has been tastefully decorated to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
On the first floor, you'll find the living area, which features a comfortable living and dining room with an integrated kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed where you can enjoy your favorite series or movies thanks to the modern TV with wired internet.
This space opens onto a fantastic and inviting terrace where you can soak up the sun while having breakfast or enjoy a drink in the afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances so you can start cooking from the day you arrive. Also on this level, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower.
The sleeping area is located on the second floor and features two comfortable bedrooms. Each has a double bed with a storage chest and a spacious wardrobe. One of the bedrooms includes a desk for studying or working from home. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower on this level.
The apartment has ducted air conditioning and heating, as well as Wi-Fi.

It also stands out for its proximity to the famous Sant Antoni Market and Av Paralelo, one of Barcelona's main thoroughfares.
