On the first floor is the day area with a spacious living room with double height and integrated kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed where you can enjoy your favorite series or movies thanks to the modern TV with wired internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival. Also on this level you will find a full bathroom with shower.
The sleeping area is located on the second floor. The bedroom has a double bed with a chest to store everything you need and a spacious closet. In addition, on this floor you will find a space that functions as a more private living room, also with sofa bed, and a comfortable desk will be the perfect environment to work or study in peace and quiet from home. On this level, you will also find 1 full bathroom with shower.
In addition, the apartment has a spectacular terrace for private use which is accessed directly by elevator. On this terrace there is a pergola with reed to generate shade in a table area with four chairs, next to a relaxation area where you can sunbathe equipped with two sun loungers.
The apartment has air conditioning and ducted heating. It also has wifi.

Sants - Montjuïc is a quiet residential area, but at the same time one of the best places to live, as it is a very central area and perfectly connected to the rest of the city.
Located at the foot of the mountain, it is perfect for outdoor activities, hiking and sports. The apartment is surrounded by all kinds of commerce, including bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
The nearest station "Poble Sec" (L3) is a 3-minute walk away; 11 minutes away is Plaza España, one of the main landmarks of the city where you will find the Arenas Shopping Center; also the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and the Museum of Archaeology of Catalonia are an 8-minute walk away.
It's also close to the famous Sant Antoni market and Av Paralelo, one of Barcelona's main thoroughfares.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
