This is a modern and spacious apartment with luxury finishes in La Bordeta. Upon entering you will find a spacious living room, very bright and decorated with exquisite taste. The apartment is fully equipped: kitchen utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery, cleaning utensils, and complete household linen, ready to move into.
From the living room, you can access two spectacular furnished terraces ideal for enjoying the privileged climate of the city.
The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as refrigerator, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, cooking utensils, among others.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other two with single beds. The single rooms have additional equipment for two extra people in case of guests.
The bedrooms share two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and wifi.
In addition, the property has a spectacular communal area with a paddle, gym, two swimming pools, and a green area.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
