The flat has been completely refurbished with high-quality materials. The day area is very bright and consists of a nice living room with an integrated kitchen. The living room has an exit to a beautiful little terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the city's incredible climate after a day of work or study.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the top-of-the-range appliances. The night area consists of a double room and a complete bathroom with a shower.
The flat is equipped with air conditioning and hot/cold pump heating. Wifi is included in the rental price.
The location is perfect. Surrounded by all kinds of shops and all kinds of public transport, metro and bus stop.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
