SEASONAL RENTAL FOR LEISURE OR HOLIDAY PURPOSES ONLY – MIN. 32 DAYS MAX. 11 MONTHS
We only accept reservations from tenants staying for leisure or holiday purposes.

This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.

You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.

This charming apartment features a spacious living-dining room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, coffee maker, and a complete bathroom. It is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator.

Situated in the vibrant Sants neighborhood, this apartment is just 10 minutes away from the city center, offering a peaceful retreat with a completely different atmosphere. Barcelona Sants train station, one of the largest and busiest stations in the city, is the area’s central hub, providing direct connections to the airport and other destinations outside the city. The nearby Mercat Nou and Plaça de Sants metro stations (L5 – L1, red and blue lines) provide easy access to the rest of Barcelona. The area is filled with delightful restaurants, bars, and shops, making it an ideal choice for families or students looking to share and fully experience this traditional Catalan neighborhood.

RENTAL CONDITION:
-Monthly rent: 1390€/month.
-Utilities: 300€/month
-Internet: to be hired by the tenant
-Agency fees: A single payment equivalent to one month's rent + 21% VAT.
-Cleaning expenses: a single payment of 240€ (VAT included).
-Contract preparation: a single payment of 240€ (VAT included).

DEPOSIT:
-RENTALS FROM 1 TO 5 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE MONTHS' RENT.
-RENTALS FROM 6 TO 11 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO MONTHS' RENT.

After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.

Once the reservation is confirmed, the tenant must submit the required documentation in order to continue with the rental process. Afterwards, the invoices for the pending payments will be sent; please note that we cannot proceed until the payments are fully reflected in our bank accounts. As some transfers may take additional time to be processed, tenants are advised to be cautious and plan accordingly during this stage of the reservation process. If the tenant wishes to pay by credit card at our office, please be aware that a 2% surcharge will apply. Once the payments have been confirmed in our accounts, we will proceed with the signing of the final contract and the handover of the keys.
