This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.

**IMPORTANT** You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Your usual residence must be outside Barcelona.

This bright and cozy 34 m2 studio is located in Poble-sec, on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. The studio is delivered fully furnished and ready to move in. Ideal for a couple of workers or students.
