This monthly rental apartment is located in the Sants-Montjuïc district and offers a comfortable layout with well-defined spaces.
The living room is bright, tastefully decorated and has ceiling lighting that highlights the warmth of the atmosphere. The kitchen is independent and has ample storage furniture, ideal for maintaining order and making the most of its functionality.
From the hallway leads to the night area, where the master bedroom is located, spacious and with great storage capacity, which also has access to a private terrace with unobstructed views. Next to it, a second study type room with desk and chairs becomes a perfect space to work or study in peace and quiet. Additionally, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and closets. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
This apartment has air conditioning, heating, high speed wifi and accepts pets. Computers are not included.
Located in a residential area of Sants-Montjuïc, the apartment is close to all kinds of services, supermarkets, green areas such as Parc de Can Sabaté or Montjuïc, and well connected by public transport. The Foneria metro station (L10 Sud) at 6 minutes walking distance and several bus lines nearby allow you to easily move around the city.

TERMS:

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
