This monthly rental apartment is located in Consell de Cent, in the heart of Eixample, one of the most sought-after areas of Barcelona for its modernist architecture and excellent connectivity. Upon entering, a functional kitchen equipped with fitted closets offers a practical space to store everything you need.
A hallway leads to the day area, where you will find a spacious living room with sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing. Next to it, a table with chairs creates an ideal corner for working or studying. The Catalan vaulted ceiling adds character and warmth to the environment, which is completed with a cozy dining area and, nearby, a separate laundry room that facilitates the day to day.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a single bedroom with closets and a full bathroom with shower. The apartment combines functionality with original details, in a comfortable and well distributed environment.
This apartment includes air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.
Located in the Eixample, the apartment is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and local stores such as the Arenas de Barcelona shopping center with all services nearby, and the emblematic Montjuic, where you will find the magic fountain of Montjuic and the National Art Museum of Catalonia. The Tarragona metro station (L3) is less than a 3-minute walk away, and there are multiple bus lines that easily connect to the entire city.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
