The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils necessary for your day to day life.
On the first floor there is a second living room with a large sofa and a desk area with access to a beautiful terrace.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of them located on the first floor, one double and one single, both share a bathroom with shower and have separate sinks.
The master bedroom en suite is located on the first floor and has a complete bathroom with shower.
The flat has underfloor heating, air conditioning, wifi and it's pet friendly.
Its privileged location just 10 minutes from the Arenas shopping centre, with various services at your disposal, close to Plaza España and various attractions such as the National Palace of Montjuic, the National Art Museum of Catalonia, Pueblo Español among others.
The nearest metro station, Hostafrancs (L1), is only a 3 minute walk away, as well as having access to various bus lines.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
