This is a modern 60m2 apartment located in the Sants neighborhood, very close to Plaza España and other tourist attractions.
The day area has a comfortable living room with access to a cozy balcony, ideal for relaxing during the day. The kitchen is American style, and has been equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook from the day of arrival.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms: one double and one single, each with a built-in closet. They share a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning and wifi.
The apartment is located in Calle de Miquel Bleach, in a central neighborhood of the Catalan capital, just steps from Sants Station. Nearby you will find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets and all kinds of stores. In addition, you will be very close to Plaza España and the beautiful Montjuic castle, surrounded by parks and green areas.
A few steps away from green areas such as the Parque de la España Industrial, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities. At 11 minutes walking distance is located Sants Station (L3/L5), which is the main train station of the city so you can take trains to national and international destinations.
The nearest metro station is “Plaça de Sants” (L1/L5), just a few minutes walk away.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
