This is a comfortable 40m2 apartment located a few steps from the sea, in the center of Poblenou.
Upon entering you are welcomed by the living room with integrated kitchen. From here you can access the cozy balcony, where you can relax from the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook from day 1.
The bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers. A second bedroom equipped as a dressing room also has a practical desk, which can be perfect for academic or work activities, as appropriate. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
The apartment has storage room and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The location is ideal, Poblenou has become one of the preferred neighborhoods in Barcelona. The apartment is located in Carrer de Pamplona, a few steps away is the Poblenou Park, accompanied by beautiful promenade by the sea, perfect for outdoor activities and sports.
This neighborhood is becoming very popular thanks to its cheerful and modern atmosphere and the 22@ area. In addition, it is a very well supplied area, in the surroundings you will find all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, trendy bars with spectacular terraces where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city.
The apartment is located 14 minutes walk from Bogatell Beach, one of the best beaches that bathe the coast of Barcelona.
The nearest metro station is "Llacuna" (L4), 3 minutes away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
