The location is ideal, Poblenou has become one of the preferred neighborhoods in Barcelona. The apartment is located at the intersection of Calle Venezuela and Avenida Diagonal. Next to it, there is the park of Poblenou Center which is perfect for sports activities or going for a walk.

The nearest station "Selva Mar" (L4) is located at 6 minutes walking distance; 12 minutes away is Las Glories shopping center; 15 minutes away is the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas where you can find the Design Museum, the Agbar Tower, the Mercat dels Encants, among others. 16 minutes away is the coastal road where you can enjoy the beautiful walk along the beach.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
