The kitchen is independent and modern, fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for cooking, such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed and closet. The master bedroom is en-suite and has access to the terrace.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating by hot and cold pump.
The apartment is located in Buenaventura Muñoz street, this is a quiet and residential area of Barcelona. In the surroundings you will find a variety of restaurants and bars that fill the area with life. A short walk away you will find the beautiful Parque de la Ciudadela, as well as other tourist attractions such as the Arc de Triomf and the beautiful Paseo de Sant Joan.
The nearest metro station is Marina (L1), a 3-minute walk away; and the Barcelona Nord bus station is located 9 minutes away, this is one of the most important stations in Catalonia and has national and international connections.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
