In this bright and recently renovated 83m2 flat you won't have to imagine it, as it has everything you need and also has two terraces that will allow you to relax and take advantage of the city's climate.
Decorated with a lot of style, the spacious living-dining room welcomes us with a spectacular view of the Avenida Diagonal. In this space you will be able to relax watching your favourite programmes or enjoy a meal on the terrace, and in the corner of the living room you will find a desk that will be perfect if you study or work from home. The kitchen, which is semi-independent, is fully equipped with utensils, crockery and all the appliances you need to cook on a daily basis, from a ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, to the essential coffee machine.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms with access to the second terrace overlooking the pool. The bedrooms are double rooms with wardrobe; the master bedroom is a suite. In total, the flat has 2 complete bathrooms with shower,

Located at the intersection of Calle Venezuela and Avenida Diagonal. Next to it, there is the park of Poblenou Centre which is perfect for sports activities or going for a walk. It is a very well-stocked area, in the surroundings we find all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The nearest station ‘Selva Mar’ (L4) is at 6 minutes walking distance; at 12 minutes walking distance the shopping centre Las Glories; at 15 minutes walking distance the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas where you can find the Design Museum, the Agbar Tower, the Mercat dels Encants, among others. At 16 minutes you will find the Ronda Litoral where you will enjoy the beautiful promenade next to the beach.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
