The day area consists of a spacious living room with integrated kitchen. This space has access to a nice terrace of 15m2 where you can enjoy the warm climate of Barcelona. The kitchen has everything you need to cook from the day of your arrival, you will find dishes, utensils and modern appliances.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms sharing a full bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has access to another terrace of 5 m2.
In addition, on a lower level you will find a perfect space to work and study from home.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and fiber optics.
The apartment is located in Carrer de Sant Francesc, in the neighborhood of Poblenou, this is a very quiet, residential area and has become one of the favorites when choosing housing.
This neighborhood is becoming very popular thanks to its cheerful, modern atmosphere and the 22@ area. In addition, it is located a few minutes walk from the beach Marbella and Bogatell, one of the best beaches in Barcelona. It has a nice promenade at the foot of the sea, surrounded by green areas, perfect for outdoor activities. Near the building you will find all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, trendy bars with spectacular terraces where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city.
At 9 minutes walking, you will find the nearest station "Poblenou" (L4).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
