It is a brand new apartment, with high-standing finishes and quality materials. Upon entering you will find a beautiful living room decorated with great taste.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped, with all high-end appliances such as a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and kitchen utensils.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms with double beds, one of them in a suite with a bathroom. The other two bedrooms share another bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heat pump heating, and wifi.
The property also has a spectacular communal area with a swimming pool, to enjoy the hot summer months.

The apartment is located in Passatge de Saladrigas, in the heart of the Poblenou neighborhood. A quiet and residential area that has grown a lot in recent years. In addition, it is a very sought-after place because of its proximity to the 22@ district, which was created in 2000 as an initiative of the Barcelona City Council to transform this neighborhood into a productive and innovative district, with modern and cutting-edge spaces.
Likewise, the apartment is just a few minutes from the beach and is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. Just 2 minutes from the Poblenou metro station

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
