Upon entering the apartment you will find a bright living room. It is tastefully decorated and highlights its comfortable sofa and its nice dining room overlooking the city. In addition, the living room has access to a large outdoor terrace of about 30m2 where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker, induction hob, and washer/dryer.
The sleeping area consists of two spacious bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning and gas heating. It also has wifi.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
