Upon entering you will find a spacious and bright living room with access to a beautiful terrace ideal for enjoying the privileged climate of the city. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary utensils and high-end appliances.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with a double bed and a practical office ideal for studying or working. The bedrooms share two full bathrooms with a shower.
The apartment has integrated air conditioning and heating, WIFI included in the price.
The apartment is located in the Clot neighborhood, very close to Plaza De Les Glories and perfectly connected by subway and bus.

TERMS:

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
