This is a modern, fully furnished, and equipped flat located between the streets Bilbao and Taulat, in the heart of the Poblenou neighborhood, in the Sant Martí district.
This beautiful flat has been tastefully decorated and equipped. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobes. The bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
The living-dining room has been decorated in light tones, ideal to have a very cozy and quiet place to rest comfortably. The living room leads out onto a large terrace with views of the city.
Next to the dining room is the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils and appliances to make your temporary stay comfortable, and also blends in with the environment in a very natural way.
The flat has air conditioning and heating. There is also wifi.
The building is very modern and has a spectacular communal swimming pool, ideal to face the heat during the summer months.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
