This is a beautiful apartment of 45m2 perfectly distributed. Upon entering you will find a spacious living room very bright, with access to a nice balcony ideal for enjoying a drink or the weather of the city.
The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary utensils and appliances. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a practical and spacious office ideal for studying or working. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has wifi.
The apartment has a perfect location, it is just steps from the metro Poblenou and close to the beach.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
