It is a beautiful apartment fully furnished and equipped, located in Rogent Street, in Barcelona's most central areas in the Eixample Dreta.
The apartment has about 120mt2 correctly distributed. The day area consists of a large living room very bright. The kitchen is integrated and has a high range of appliances.
The zone of the night consists of 3 rooms with double beds. The rooms are expansive and share two complete baths with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and wifi.
The location is excellent, surrounded by all kinds of stores and metro and bus stops.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
