Likewise, the apartment has a comfortable desk for those who wish to work from home in a "home office" style or simply to study or read.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating. High-speed Wi-Fi and internet are included in the price.
Furthermore, it is perfectly connected to the rest of the city in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Just steps from supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and a few meters from the Camp de L'Arpa metro station (L5).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
