As you continue, you'll enter a room that connects to the bedrooms. The master bedroom is en suite with its own bathroom and overlooks a beautiful interior patio, perfect for enjoying the city's pleasant climate with family and friends. Next, you'll find the second bedroom with a double bed and a practical desk, ideal for working or studying. The apartment also features a comfortable office with a bathroom, specially equipped for those who wish to work from home, or simply for studying or reading.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating. Wi-Fi and high-speed internet are included in the price.
Furthermore, it is perfectly connected to the rest of the city in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Just steps from supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and a few meters from the Camp d'L'Arpa metro station (Line 5).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
