This apartment stands out for its excellent layout and spaciousness. The day area features a comfortable living-dining room furnished with a sofa, television, and dining table, a bright space thanks to the access to the corner balcony that surrounds much of the apartment. This balcony, decorated with chairs and plants, creates the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a morning coffee, take a break during the day, or simply relax with street views.
The kitchen is practical and independent, equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, and ample workspace and storage, ideal for those who enjoy cooking during their stay.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms. The master bedroom is very bright and spacious, with large wardrobes providing plenty of storage space. The second bedroom, also double, has a desk and chair for study or remote work, plus direct access to the balcony. A modern and functional bathroom with a shower completes the property.
In terms of public transport, the apartment is just 5 minutes from Navas (L1) metro station and 7 minutes from Camp de l’Arpa (L5). The El Clot-Aragó train station is also within walking distance, offering regional and medium-distance connections, perfect for both daily commuting and weekend trips.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
