In this beautiful and bright flat of 75 square meters you will have all the comforts to enjoy your stay in Barcelona.
The day area consists of an entrance hall, a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. From the living room you have access to the balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy any time of the day.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need for your daily life. It also has a utility room with washing machine, dryer, clothes line and electric water heater.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with all the necessary textiles and sofa beds. There is also a separate office for two workstations.
The flat also has a complete bathroom with shower and towels. All the rooms of the flat have windows, providing great ventilation and plenty of natural light.
With heating by electric radiators, air conditioning and high speed wifi. This flat also has a concierge service, with rubbish collection from Monday to Friday afternoons at the time indicated by the concierge.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
