It also enjoys a completely independent studio type room, with table and chairs that you can use if you need to work or study.

This well maintained apartment includes air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.
This is one of the preferred areas in Barcelona for its quiet environment and at the same time fully supplied with all services. It also has an interesting gastronomic offer and is surrounded by small squares that work perfect as areas of relaxation and stroll.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
