The sleeping area has 3 double bedrooms, all with fitted closets. One of the bedrooms is en-suite, has a dressing room and the bathroom has a shower. The bathroom shared by the other 2 bedrooms has a bathtub.

In addition, it is a very well supplied area, in the surroundings you will find all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, trendy bars with spectacular terraces where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the Nova Icaria beach, one of the best beaches that bathe the coast of Barcelona.
The nearest metro station is “Bogatell” (L4), 12 minutes away.

TERMS:

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
