The apartment is located in Carrer de Bac de Roda, in the Poblenou neighborhood. A quiet and residential area that has grown a lot in recent years. In addition, it is a very sought-after place because of its proximity to the 22@ district that arose in 2000 as an initiative of the Barcelona City Council to transform this neighborhood into a productive and innovative district, with modern and cutting-edge spaces.
Likewise, the apartment is just a few minutes from the beach and is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. In front of the building is the Central Park of Poblenou and from the apartment you have a view of it.
It is a very well supplied area, in the surroundings we find all kinds of stores, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. At 6 minutes walking distance is the nearest station "Selva Mar" (L4); at 12 minutes the shopping center Las Glories; at 15 minutes, the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas where you can find the Museum of Design, the Agbar Tower, the Mercat dels Encants, among others. 16 minutes away is the coastal road where you can enjoy the beautiful walk along the beach.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
