Upon entering you will find a large hall that connects to the living room. The living room is decorated in white tones, ideal to give a modern and fresh touch to this beautiful space. The living room leads out to a spectacular terrace of 8m2 fully furnished with nice and unobstructed views of the city.
The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary high-end appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of 3 exterior double rooms. The bedrooms have sheets and closets to store what is needed. The apartment has a complete bathroom with shower.
The apartment has heating by radiators and air conditioning by split. It also has high speed wifi.

The apartment is located in Socrates street, in a residential and quiet neighborhood. Nearby you can find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and schools. In addition, if you love walks and green areas, you will be a few minutes away from the beautiful Can Dragó Park.
It is also very well connected to the rest of the city. A few steps from the "Fabra I Puig" station, which is a multimodal interchange between various public transport options such as the metro (L1), Rodalies de Catalunya (R3, R4, R7 and R12) and also intercity buses. You will also find urban bus stops, cab ranks and a Bicing station, which is a bicycle rental service.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
