This apartment, located in a modern building on Navas de Tolosa Street, stands out for its functionality, brightness, and tranquility. The building has video surveillance, code access, and modern common areas. In addition, there is the possibility of renting a parking space in the same building for an additional €100 per month.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
