The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as a work area for cooking with comfort.
The night area includes two bedrooms: the main double bedroom with wardrobes and direct access to the balcony, and a single bedroom with a desk area, ideal for studying or working from home. Finally, the apartment features a bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a laundry area, air conditioning, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi, offering comfort throughout your stay.
Located in Nou Barris, just 5 minutes from Fabra i Puig station (L1 and Rodalies) and 9 minutes from Virrei Amat station (L5), and close to El Corte Inglés, Can Dragó park, and the SOM Multiespai shopping center, an area with shops, supermarkets, gyms, and leisure options. It is also very well connected to the center of Barcelona and other neighborhoods by metro and several bus lines.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
