This 75 m2 apartment located in a quiet residential area is ready to move in.
The day area has a spacious living room with exit to the terrace of 20 m2 overlooking Carrer de Mejia Lequerica, where you can relax from the day's activities. The kitchen is independent and is fully furnished with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms. The first one is double and en-suite, the bathroom is complete with shower. The other 2 bedrooms have single beds and share a second bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a laundry area and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and WIFI.
*The neighborhood:*
The area is perfect, in Les Corts, which is a very residential and quiet neighborhood. In the surroundings we have large green spaces such as the Pedralbes Palace Gardens or the Maternity Gardens.
The nearest station is "Les Corts" (L3), 8 minutes walk away; Diagonal Avenue, which has a Tram stop and several bus stops, is about 5 minutes away. About 12 minutes away is the well-stocked shopping center LL'illa Diagonal where you will find all the latest stores.
Finally, the apartment is located in front of the Hospital Universitari Dexeus; and a few steps from the renowned Barcelona stadium "Spotify Camp Nou".

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
