In this 48 m2 apartment you will find more than one reason to make it your home during your temporary stay in Barcelona.
The day area has a living room where the comfortable sofa welcomes you to relax, rest and enjoy, this space has access to a nice balcony overlooking the Rocafort street. The kitchen is very modern and independent, you will find everything you need for cooking, from basic utensils to appliances such as ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and the indispensable in the morning: the toaster and coffee maker. You will also find an extendable table that is perfect as a breakfast table.
The room has a cozy and warm decoration. It is suite style, has a double bed and has built-in closets where you can store everything you need. It also has access to the balcony. The bathroom is modern, spacious and has a shower,
The apartment has electric heating and 100mb fiber as wifi.
*The neighborhood:*
The apartment is located in a privileged neighborhood of Barcelona, Eixample Esquerra. It is a very quiet and residential area; surrounded by restaurants, study centers, supermarkets, squares and parks. It is close to the Hospital Clinic and the Ninot Market.
Fully accessible to different subway lines, we find the closest one at 1 minute walk: "Entença" (L5).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
