This temporary rental apartment in the Eixample district offers a spacious and comfortable living area. The living-dining room is furnished with a sofa and television, and has direct access to a practical terrace equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen, open and integrated into the space, is organized around an L-shaped bar with stools, perfect for both breakfast and more informal moments, as well as offering a large work surface. The dining table for four people is located in the same room.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The main bedroom is a double suite with wardrobes, a desk and chair for working or studying, a private bathroom with a shower, and access to the terrace. At the other end of the apartment is the second double bedroom, next to an area with a desk and chair that can be used as a study or teleworking space.
The apartment stands out for its charming décor, with attention to every detail, which provides warmth and comfort. It also has air conditioning, central heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.
In terms of location, it is in one of the most convenient areas of the Eixample. Just 3 minutes from the Entença metro station (L5), it offers quick connections to the rest of the city. A few steps away, you will find supermarkets, neighborhood cafes, and restaurants, as well as areas of interest such as the Hospital Clínic and Sants Station, which make both everyday life and medium and long-distance travel easier.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
