It is an apartment with a lot of charm and affection in the decoration and finishes, its distribution is very practical and has everything you need for your stay in Barcelona.
The day area has a cozy living-dining room, ideal for relaxing or sharing moments with flatmates. Access to its nice balcony overlooking the Rambla de Badal. The integrated kitchen, with island and dining table for 4 people, is fully equipped with all appliances, offers everything you need to prepare your meals in comfort.
The sleeping area consists of three well-lit double bedrooms, equipped with functional furniture and storage space. Two of them have a practical work area with table and chairs and the master bedroom has a practical dressing room. A full bathroom with shower and a guest toilet complete the apartment.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
