The kitchen, designed with a functional concept, is equipped with modern appliances and has a bar open to the living room to enjoy meals and breakfasts while watching a movie or your favorite series.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: one double room and two single rooms, all with excellent natural light and cozy design. The apartment has two full bathrooms, both with shower and modern finishes.
It has a practical separate laundry area, and includes air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi, plus optional parking space.

- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
