It is a cozy apartment in the quiet and family-friendly Sants-Montjuic neighborhood.
The daytime area consists of a bright living-dining room with access to a pleasant balcony, where you can enjoy your meals in the sun or relax after finishing your day.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped so you can cook comfortably from the day you arrive at the apartment. It includes kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a microwave, a refrigerator, and an oven.
The sleeping area comprises two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All bedrooms offer ample storage space, from spacious chests of drawers to large wardrobes. One of the double bedrooms features a lovely private balcony. All bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub.
In addition, it has a studio with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for receiving guests.
The apartment has central heating with radiators, air conditioning and wifi.
Located in one of Barcelona's large green spaces, next to the Mercat de Sants and Passeig Badal, the apartment is surrounded by cultural heritage and various gastronomic establishments.
The nearest metro stations are Badal (L5) and Plaça de Sants (L1, L5).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
