The location is ideal, in the Eixample neighborhood. The area is very quiet, residential and totally central, it is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings.
The Sagrat Cor Hospital and the Hospital Clinic, are located very close, as well as the Ninot Market, where you can buy a variety of fresh and quality products.
The apartment is located on Avenida Roma, 8 minutes walk from the nearest station "Entença" (L5). Also the Sants station is a few steps from the apartment, this is one of the most important stations in the city as it has national and international connections.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
