The kitchen is independent and has been fully equipped, it has all the utensils and appliances essential for cooking, such as induction stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, water heater and even blender.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with closet. In addition, a third room equipped as a study, is the perfect space to study or work at home. The bedrooms share 1 bathroom, complete with shower; and 1 toilet.
The apartment has laundry area and has air conditioning and heating; plus high speed wifi.
The area is perfect, in Les Corts. The neighborhood offers everything you could wish for, you will find supermarkets, bars, shopping centers, cinemas, green areas and all kinds of commerce. This area is ideal for people looking to live in a quiet and residential area, perfectly communicated with the center and other areas of Barcelona.
The Diagonal Avenue and the L'illa Diagonal shopping center are located very close, where you will find all the avant-garde stores and restaurants.
The station "Sants Estació" (L3/L5) is only 8 minutes walking distance, this is the main train and railroad station that allows you national and international connections.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
