This is a comfortable 63m2 apartment located a few steps from the Hospital Sant Pau and is ready to move in.
The day area consists of a cozy living room decorated with bright colors that give a lot of personality to the space. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with all the necessary items including appliances, crockery and utensils for cooking from the day of entry to the apartment.
The night area has 2 comfortable bedrooms: a single and a double, both with closet and share a bathroom with shower.
In addition, a practical desk in the living room and in the single room are ideal for academic or work activities at home.

In front of the entrance of the apartment there is the bus stop Sant Antoni Maria Claret - Rambla volart (number 859) with bus D50/H8/19/47/117/191/192. Also, 2 minutes away is the nearest station, "Camp de l'Arpa" (L5); and 8 minutes away, "Guinardó | Hospital de Sant Pau" (L4).

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
