The day area has a spacious living room decorated with bright and cheerful colors. The kitchen is integrated into this space and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook without any problem.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious, has a double bed and a built-in closet. The second bedroom has a single bed and shelves. A third room serves as a storage room to store the necessary things, and also as a laundry room. The bedrooms share 1 full bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and 4gb wifi.
Guinardó belongs to the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona, located in the upper part of the city.
Surrounded by green areas such as the Gardens of Federica Montseny; the Gardens of Doctor Pla i Armengol; or the Guinardó Park, which is one of the largest in Barcelona, and is located 10 minutes walk away, here you will find a viewpoint that offers wonderful views of the city. In addition, the historic Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau is located 12 minutes from the apartment.
The nearest stations are "Guinardó | Hospital de Sant Pau" (L4) and "Maragall" station (L4/L5), 6 minutes walking distance.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
